para makapag-install ng themes:
* download first skinman and p2k drivers..

try mo to for skinman kung wala ka pa:)

In your phone change the default USB settings as data & fax connection then connect your phone to a usb port.
you will get a message that a new hardware is found select to "install now" then select "Install from a specific location" tick the "include this location in search" click "browse" and select the p2k drivers folder that you had downloaded..
For example "D:\Motorola System\p2kdrivers_2.9" Then click "next". It will install your phone. Then again you will get the same kind of message do the same for all until it says your phone has been installed and is ready for use.:)

Now run Skinman the file list will be loaded. select install.You will get a message just select ok then browse and find the theme that you want to install then select open the theme will start installing. once you have added the desired number of themes select restart phone.. done!..:)
