My Company, OnlineBaguio (http://www.onlinebaguio.com) - a web hosting company based here sa Baguio city will be tackling at least 20 projects this 2010 - Ten of which are International corporations which include 3 Korean universities, 2 UN-based organizations, 3 university funded scientific-research websites, and 2 Consulate websites..... and we are currently undermanned...

We are currently looking for:
1. Graphics Designer:
- Must be fluent in JPEG, BMP, PNG, and GIF manipulation. Must also be capable of programming SWF and FLA flash animations. Corel and Adobe PhotoShop Fluent. So far may dalawa na ako, so i will be needing one na lang.
2. Database Programmer
- Must have experience in database construction, manipulation, and maintenance. Previous work as a database maintenance personnel is a plus. Must be familiar with Shared, dedicated, and Backup server hosting.
-Graduate of any IT course is a plus.
-I will be needing two
3. S-cripts and Syntax Programmer/Coder
- Must be familiar with creating HTML and PHP s-cripts from scratch.
-Totally independent (Needs less supervision)
-Must be familiar with Javaskripts installation, maintenance, and usage.
-Able to create Helpful s-cripts and developing them.
-I will be needing 3
About the Work:
1. All OnlineBaguio projects are contractual.
2. This is a work at home project. Meaning all work should be done off-site.
3. Your principal work should not interfere with your work with our company.
4. Minsan, kakailanganin namin na paakyatin kayo sa Baguio to work with us here sa office. If you are living within sa Luzon Island, isang magandang plus yan.
5. All work are submitted via online... So kelangan may "Stable" internet connection ka.
Compensation:
1. Dahil contractual yung mga projects, we pay you 50% downpayment, then 50% full payment kapag natapos mo yung work.
2. This work is COntractual - meaning this is offered as a sideline. Kapag na hire na kayo ng company, wag muna kayo bigla biglang mag reresign sa trabaho niyo or magsasara ng pwesto niyo... this job openings are posted here as an additional source of income.
3. Walang fixed amount as to how much you will earn. It will depend on the complexity of the work you will be doing... and how fast you can work.. plus gaano ka-galante ang client natin ;)) (A rough estimate of how much you will earn would be as low as Php 5000 or as high as Php 30,000 per project)
4. Projects are normally finished within a 1 month timetable... Kung kaya mong makatapos ng isang project within a lesser time, much better, para we can tackle on more projects.
5. Once you are chosen for a certain project, OnlineBaguio requires you to be connected in our framework via Microsoft Groove.
