Agenda: Staff Etiquette

Preface: Before a Leader can Effectively "LEAD" he must learn how to "FOLLOW". The Staff Etiquette agreed upon herein are agreed upon and decided by the Staff of the PinoyME, and are hereby enacted by the administrators and concurred by the PinoyME government.

Whereas, A username is a virtual extension of your physical name and should remain as much as posible not a source of confusion but as a source of identity within the community.

Whereas, PinoyME will not allow the usage of multiple usernames by a single person with the purpose of causing confusion. Governed by post #37 thread 3831 (http://forum.pinoyme.org/showthread.php?3831-Next-Step&p=32164&viewfull=1#post32164)

Whereas PinoyME will assign 3 moderators to publicly monitor and secure the shoutbox element of our community to serve as Police and guardians of peace. This duty is enabled upon the jurisdiction and choice of Administrator ArTangel.

Whereas it has been agreed upon that Moderators will be given an assignment to actively police the forum board within the stated day and time assigned to them.


Now therefore. BE IT RESOLVED that this council is implementing an administrative order to

1. Allow only username changes to all members in a limited number of time only. Maximum of 3 per lifetime. Username Officer in charge: Hon. Muscle Control

2. Multiple usernames will not be allowed in PinoyME. Officer in charge : Nayn

3. Implement a Shoutbox Control comittee. Shoutbox officer in charge : Baby_maker

4. Maximize Moderator participation into the forum. Officer in charge : D' Legend



With the power Vested upon me as PRESIDENT of the PinoyME organization - I HEREBY Sign and carry out this order upon concurrence of the ad-interim Society Council and the PinoyME administration.
