i cant' log in to yahoo messenger :(

uninstall at re-install my yahoo messenger same problem

pls help!

try this trick


resetting your IE settings:
1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Click "Internet Options" in the "Tools" menu
3) Click the "Delete Files" button
4) Check the "delete all offline content" box, then click "OK"
5) Click the "Security" tab
6) Click "Custom Level"
7) Reset Custom settings to "Medium"
8) Click "Reset"
9) Click "OK"
10) Click the "Advanced" tab
11) Click "Restore defaults"
12) Click "OK"
13) Close All Internet Explorer windows
14) Exit and restart Yahoo! messenger
